On behalf of the St Vincent de Paul Society, Stanhope Gardens, we would like to extend our heartfelt gratitude to all the staff, students, and families for your incredibly generous donations of Christmas food hampers. Your kindness and compassion will make a meaningful difference to individuals and families in our local community who need support during the holiday season. The spirit of giving shown by our school community is truly inspiring, and we are so grateful for your continued support. During the Christmas period, they were able to distribute over 120 grocery bags filled with food items to low-income families in Quakers Hill, Doonside, Willmot, Stanhope, Glenwood, and the surrounding areas. Additionally, some of the extra food items have been stored and will be used throughout the year when we receive requests for help. The team also shared some of the hampers with JRS (Jesuit Refugee Service), who distributed them to families seeking asylum and refugees in our neighbouring community. Furthermore, the deodorant and body wash items were distributed last month when the Vinnies van visited Mt Druitt and Parramatta. Please find attached a Certificate of Appreciation as a small token of our sincere thanks. Together, we are making a real difference. 💙
